Getting Started

How do I register on AYOBAS

Click on the Login option on the top right menu of the page and enter your email address with your desired password.

How do I buy something from AYOBAS

Find the product that you would like to purchase and click on Add to Cart, you may view the cart and check out from there.

Exchanges & Returns

What if I don’t have the original shipping packaging

You have to ensure the return product is packed safely & securely against damage in transit.  Your reference number must be included in the parcel for us to identify your return.

What is AYOBAS exchange & return policy

How do I return a product

Within 3days, email us at customercare@ayobas.com with your order number and state the reason of the item that you wanting to return.

Alternative, you may login to your account and go to Orders and click on “Request Return” on the item that you would like to submit a return.

How long does it take to process my return

Your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days once received,  an inspection will be performed on the return. Depending on the reason of the return, the item may be repaired, replaced or refunded.   The replacement will depend on the stock availability and if refund, it would be a credit to your account.

How do I exchange a product

Within 3days, email us at customercare@ayobas.com with your order number and the item that you would like to exchange.  The exchange will depend on the stock availability and all courier fee involved will be to your account.  You will have to ensure that the item is unopened as in the original condition received and have the item secure packed for return.

When can I get a replacement

5-7 working days On availability of the item.

What if I received a damaged product

Within 3days, email us at customercare@ayobas.com with your order number and the item that you received damaged.

Alternative, you may login to your account and go to Orders and click on “Request Return” on the item that you would like to submit a return.

Can I return sale products

No, sale products will not be refundable and exchangeable.

If I receive the wrong product or the product is not as described on the website, what should I do

Within 3days, email us at customercare@ayobas.com with your order number and the item that you received incorrect.  The item must remain unopened as received.

Alternative, you may login to your account and go to Orders and click on “Request Return” on the item that you would like to submit a return.

Can I return a product without accessories

Unfortunately not – the complete item as you received has to be returned.

What are the refund options available for a return

The refund options depends on the reason and outcome of the return including the following:

Repair – If the item is repairable, cost may incur for inspection and repair depending on the warranty of the item.

Replacement – if the item purchased is received damaged

Credit my account – The amount is credited to your AYOBAS.com account, unless you request for a refund

Cancellations

Can i cancel my order

Yes, you may cancel your order before it’s shipped for delivery.  Should you wish to cancel your order thereafter you can do so in accordance with out return policy.  Please note: we charge 10% handling fee on cancellation of order.

How do I cancel my order?

Send an email to customercare@ayobas.com to cancel an item or a complete order.

If the order has not yet been processed, it can simply be canceled.

If it has been processed, you have the option of a credit but a 10% handling fee will be charge on cancellation of orders.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my delivery options

We delivery directly to your home or office

What will delivery cost me

We have three(3) shipping class. Depending on your order, the delivery cost may vary between R80, R120 and R300.

When do I get it

The shipment will be delivery between 5-7 working days depending on your area.

Does AYOBAS ship internationally

We do not ship outside of SA borders currently

What happens if an item is missing from my shipment

Email us at customercare@ayobas.com within 24hours of delivery with your order number and description of the item missing

How do I track my order online

Once we’ve received your order from our suppliers, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details. If in doubt, contact us.

Please note:

The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised or the fund is reflecting in our bank account.  Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays

Electronic fund Transfer(EFT)

When will my deposit be authorised

Bank Deposit – Deposits made before 12 noon should be processed on the same day, alternatively the following morning.

 

EFT – Transfers made will be processed when the funds are reflecting in our bank account.

 

We depend on the bank so delays may occur. Please use your order number ONLY as reference when making a deposit or EFT

When will my credit card be charged

After your order is successfully placed and the credit card approves the transaction.
